Me, my Wing Chun brothers, sisters and Sifu regularly visit Ingleton for a weekend of training and stay over at the Riverside Lodge in Ingleton, Yorkshire. The rooms are beautiful and they serve the most amazing breakfast and have kindly given me their Muesli recipe to share. Enjoy!

Yogichi – Eco Friendly Clothing that Gives Something Back


  • 10 Cups Jumbo Oats
  • 1 Cup Coconut Flakes
  • 1 Cup Chopped Nuts ( Peanuts, Hazelnuts, Brazil & Cashew)
  • 1 Cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 4 Cups Weetaflakes
  • 1 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • ¾ Cup Dried Banana Chip
  • 1 ½ Cups Chopped Dried Fruit
  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 4 oz Margarine


Step 1

Toast Oats, Coconut, Nuts, Sunflower Seeds, Sesame Seeds in a heavy based pan or frying pan for several minutes

Step 2

Mix well with all other ingredients except margarine.

Step 3

When mixed, melt margarine and add to mixture.

Step 4

Mix Well. Store in a cool dry place. (large Kilner Jars are perfect)
